Mining Flotation and Grinding Control

Using the Siemens PCS7 system, a distributed control project was integrated with Client-Server topology, ES, OS Client, OS Single, AS and communication through Fiber Optic, Profinet and Profibus.

Mining Pumping Control

Different pumping levels (up to 700 meters) inside the mine are controlled from the surface using Wonderware, CompactLogix and PanelView. Any pump can be started from any level in addition to being able to see the water level in your pool. Fiber Optic Communication

 
 

Control of Industrial Wood Cutters

The cutter is controlled by Siemens PLC 300 and Wonderware HMI. The user only needs to give the desired measurements to which the wooden blade must be cut and the system takes care of the control of Drives, axes and saw.

Mash Tank Automation

For juice extraction, the fruit needs to go through the mash tanks first. The control of the tanks was carried out by means of a Siemens 400 PLC with remote IMs communicated by Profibus and Wonderware for visualization and control.
